I take out the low force ones ( VF4 and VF1 have the same DRAW bar) fit the new and service the old . usually we find a few 4 or five cracked ones )

Feb 14, 2010· The lowest drawbar force that Haas used was 900lbs. My 1993 has a 1300lb drawbar, which is the biggest they used in the "little head" machines. They have round and square pistons, mine is the 7 inch square, I think the 1500lb drawbar is a 9 inch square piston. 600lbs is too little, 900lbs is about the minimum you can really get away with.
